Job Title: Strawberry Packing Operator

 

Work Location: Hong Kong

 

Employment Type: Full-Time

 

Monthly Salary: HK$16,000–20,000

 

Working Schedule: Five to Six Days Per Week

 

Working Hours: Shift-based schedule depending on operational requirements, including day, evening, weekend, or public holiday shifts where applicable.

 

 

 

Position Overview

 

The Strawberry Packing Operator is responsible for handling fresh strawberries throughout the packing process. This includes sorting, inspecting, grading, weighing, packing, labeling, and preparing products for storage or distribution while ensuring that strict hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.

 

Employees are expected to work efficiently while maintaining excellent product quality. Every package must be carefully prepared to ensure customers receive fresh and high-quality strawberries.

 

The company provides a safe and organized working environment equipped with modern packing facilities and follows strict quality assurance procedures. Key Responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

 

– Sort fresh strawberries according to company grading standards.

– Inspect strawberries for freshness, appearance, color, size, ripeness, and quality.

– Remove damaged, bruised, overripe, or defective fruit before packing.

– Pack strawberries carefully into retail containers, trays, cartons, or export packaging.

– Ensure each package contains the correct quantity and weight.

– Operate weighing scales and basic packing equipment according to company procedures.

– Seal, label, and prepare products for storage or transportation.

– Maintain product traceability by following labeling and documentation procedures.

– Organize finished products for shipment and warehouse storage.

– Follow food hygiene regulations and company sanitation policies.

– Clean workstations, packing tables, equipment, and surrounding areas regularly.

– Handle products carefully to minimize waste and product damage.

– Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.

– Support inventory organization and stock movement within the packing facility.

– Assist supervisors with daily production activities.

– Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.

– Wear personal protective equipment as required.

– Report equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or quality concerns immediately.

– Cooperate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production.

– Achieve daily productivity targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.

– Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors when necessary.
