POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an Oil Packaging Operator / Production Worker, employees will be responsible for assisting daily factory production activities, especially in the packaging and preparation process of cooking oil products.
Workers will help ensure that all products meet company quality standards before being delivered to customers and business partners.
The main responsibilities include:
Preparing and packaging cooking oil products according to factory requirements
Checking packaging materials and product labels before production
Operating basic packaging equipment after receiving company training
Monitoring production processes and reporting any problems
Ensuring all products are packed safely and correctly
Sorting, organizing, and storing finished products
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area
Following workplace safety rules and company regulations
Assisting supervisors with daily production tasks
Working together with other team members to achieve production goals
Employees are expected to maintain good discipline, follow instructions carefully, and contribute to creating a safe and efficient working environment.
