Available Positions

 

The company is currently recruiting for the following positions:

 

– Full-Time Store Crew

– Part-Time Store Crew

 

Vacancies are available at selected MIXUE stores across Hong Kong. Successful candidates may be assigned to different store locations depending on operational requirements, staffing needs, and business demands.

 

 

 

Salary

 

Full-Time Position

 

Monthly Salary:

HK$17,000 – HK$25,000

 

The final monthly salary will be determined based on qualifications, relevant work experience, job performance, assigned duties, store location, shift schedule, and operational requirements.

 

Part-Time Position

 

Hourly Rate:

HK$75 – HK$95 per hour

 

The hourly wage will depend on qualifications, previous experience, availability, assigned work location, shift flexibility, and overall work performance.

 

Additional working hours or overtime opportunities may be available depending on business requirements and seasonal operational needs.

 

 

 

Working Schedule

 

Employees will work according to rotating schedules arranged by the company.

 

General working arrangements include:

 

– Eight working hours per shift

– One-hour meal and rest break

– Six working days per week

– One rotating day off every week

– Morning, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts

– Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required

– Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational requirements

– Shift schedules will be communicated in advance whenever possible

 

The company aims to provide fair and organized scheduling while ensuring smooth daily store operations.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and maintaining the company’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

 

Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 

– Preparing ice cream products according to established company recipes and presentation standards

– Preparing tea beverages, coffee, smoothies, fruit drinks, and other menu items accurately and consistently

– Following standardized preparation procedures to ensure product quality

– Greeting customers politely and professionally

– Providing excellent customer service throughout each customer interaction

– Taking customer orders accurately

– Recommending menu items when appropriate

– Answering customer inquiries regarding products, ingredients, and promotions

– Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently

– Processing cash, credit card, mobile payment, and electronic transactions accurately

– Issuing receipts and handling customer payments responsibly

– Maintaining cleanliness in customer dining areas

– Cleaning food preparation areas and beverage stations

– Washing equipment, utensils, and kitchen tools

– Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and workplace sanitation

– Restocking ingredients, cups, lids, straws, packaging materials, and cleaning supplies

– Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to supervisors

– Checking product quality and freshness throughout the working day

– Receiving deliveries and organizing inventory storage

– Following inventory control procedures

– Assisting with stock rotation according to company guidelines

– Supporting daily opening procedures before business hours

– Assisting with closing procedures after store operations

– Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

– Following all company operational procedures and food safety regulations

– Cooperating effectively with supervisors and fellow team members

– Supporting other operational duties assigned by management when required

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Applicants interested in joining MIXUE Hong Kong should meet the following qualifications:

 

– Open to applicants of all nationalities

– Minimum age of 18 years

– High school graduate or equivalent educational qualification

– Male and female applicants are welcome

– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

– Previous experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but is not required

– No experience is necessary as complete training will be provided

– Good communication and interpersonal skills
