JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The main responsibility of a MILO Packaging Worker is to support the daily packaging and production activities while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.

 

Job duties include:

 

• Performing packaging tasks for MILO products according to company production procedures

 

• Preparing packaging materials and ensuring products are packed correctly

 

• Checking finished products to ensure packaging quality meets company standards

 

• Inspecting product appearance, labels, quantity, and packaging condition

 

• Assisting production line operations and maintaining smooth workflow

 

• Moving and arranging packaged products in designated areas

 

• Preparing finished goods for storage, transportation, or distribution

 

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area

 

• Following all factory safety rules and operational procedures

 

• Working together with supervisors and team members to complete daily production targets

 

• Reporting any damaged products, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors

 

• Supporting other production activities when required
