Working Hours: Night Shift (Approximately 8–10 hours per shift)

Working Schedule: 5–6 working days per week according to roster

Monthly Salary: HKD 16,000–20,000 (depending on qualifications, experience, attendance, and overtime)

Job Summary

The Hotel Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that all assigned hotel areas remain clean, organized, hygienic, and compliant with hotel cleanliness standards. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests and staff.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy practical work, possess a positive attitude, and are willing to work night shifts in a professional hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform a variety of cleaning and sanitation duties, including but not limited to:

• Clean hotel lobbies, guest corridors, public areas, staff areas, offices, elevators, and other assigned locations.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, polish, and disinfect floors using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Clean glass doors, windows, walls, mirrors, staircases, handrails, furniture, and hotel fixtures.
• Ensure all public areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Empty rubbish bins, replace garbage bags, and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures.
• Clean and sanitize public washrooms, staff washrooms, changing rooms, and other common facilities.
• Refill soap dispensers, tissue paper, hand sanitizers, and other hygiene supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, polishing machines, and other cleaning tools safely.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged facilities, or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
• Assist with deep cleaning of hotel public areas and special cleaning projects.
• Follow hotel hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Support the Housekeeping Department during busy operational periods.
• Maintain professional conduct while working around hotel guests.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties according to hotel quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements include:

• No previous experience required. Full training will be provided.
• Primary school education, secondary school education, or above.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the duty roster.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
• Positive attitude with good teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and follow supervisor instructions.
• Basic communication skills in Cantonese or Mandarin are preferred. Basic English is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Open to Hong Kong residents and Mainland China residents with valid work eligibility.
