Job Responsibilities

 

As an Ice Cream Factory Worker, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities and ensuring smooth factory operations.

 

Main duties include:

 

• Assist with the preparation and production process of ice cream products

• Perform packing, sealing, labeling, and arranging finished products

• Check product appearance and quality before distribution

• Ensure products are packed correctly according to company standards

• Operate basic factory equipment after receiving proper training

• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks on time

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area

• Follow food safety guidelines and workplace safety procedures

• Organize materials and packaging supplies when required

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals

• Report any production issues or quality concerns to the supervisor

• Support daily factory operations to maintain efficient workflow

 

Employees will receive proper guidance and training to understand the production process. Previous factory experience is helpful but not necessary, as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
