Primary Job Responsibilities

• Sort fresh guavas according to company quality standards.

• Inspect fruit for size, color, freshness, and overall quality.

• Remove damaged or unsuitable fruit before packing.

• Carefully pack guavas to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.

• Label, seal, and prepare cartons for shipment.

• Organize products for local distribution and export orders.

• Load and unload products safely.

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities.

• Organize inventory and keep storage areas neat.

• Assist with warehouse and packing house operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work area.

• Follow all company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

• Work together with supervisors and team members to complete daily production targets.

• Support other daily operational tasks as assigned by management.

 

Candidate Requirements

• No previous experience is required.

• Complete training will be provided to all successful applicants.
