Position: Fresh Food Packaging Operator

Work Location: Hong Kong

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5–6 Days per Week

Working Hours: Shift schedule according to operational requirements, including day, evening, or rotating shifts where applicable.

Monthly Salary: HK$18,000–24,000 (Depending on qualifications, work experience, and performance)

 

 

 

About the Position

 

A well-established food production and distribution company in Hong Kong is seeking dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals to join its production team as Fresh Food Packaging Operators. This position plays an important role in ensuring that fresh food products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.

 

Successful candidates will work in a clean and organized production environment using standardized operating procedures and modern packaging equipment. Key Responsibilities

 

– Package fresh food products in accordance with company production standards.

– Inspect food products before packaging to ensure they meet quality specifications.

– Check packaging materials for cleanliness and suitability before use.

– Accurately label products with production dates, expiry dates, batch numbers, and other required information.

– Operate packaging machines and production equipment according to standard operating procedures after receiving appropriate training.

– Monitor product quality throughout the packaging process and immediately report any irregularities.

– Remove damaged or defective products from the production line.

– Maintain cleanliness of the work area, machinery, tools, and equipment throughout each shift.

– Follow all food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety policies.

– Wear appropriate protective clothing and personal protective equipment while working in production areas.

– Prepare finished products for storage, inventory management, and distribution.

– Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing packaged products when necessary.

– Record production information accurately as required by supervisors.

– Cooperate with quality control personnel during routine inspections.

– Support warehouse operations and other production-related duties when assigned.

– Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures at all times.

– Participate in workplace safety meetings and training sessions.

– Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors based on operational requirements.

 

 

 

Candidate Requirements

 

Applicants should possess a positive working attitude and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

 

Preferred qualifications include:

 

– Hong Kong residents with a valid legal right to work in Hong Kong.

– Secondary school education or above is preferred.

– Previous experience in food manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, logistics, or production operations is an advantage but not essential.

– No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

– Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks.

– Able to stand and walk for extended periods during working hours.

– Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

– Responsible, punctual, reliable, and hardworking.

– Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.

– Comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment.

– Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, or public holidays when required.

– Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy.
