Job Information

 

Position: Day Shift Security Officer (Luxury Residential Property)

Location: Kai Tak, Hong Kong

Industry: Luxury Residential Property Management / Security Services

Employment Type: Full-Time Position

 

Salary Package:

HKD 17,000 – 18,400 per month

 

Working Schedule:

Working hours: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working duration: 12 hours per day

Working days: 5 days per week

Rest days: Rotating schedule

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

The Security Officer will be responsible for providing professional security services and ensuring a safe environment for all residents, visitors, and property staff.

 

Main duties include:

 

Perform daily security operations at a luxury residential building.

 

Protect residents, visitors, staff members, and property facilities from potential safety risks.

 

Conduct regular patrols throughout the building premises, including lobby areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and public facilities.

 

Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems to ensure proper security control.

 

Observe and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or unusual incidents.

 

Maintain strict access control procedures for residents, visitors, contractors, and service personnel.

 

Handle visitor registration, identity verification, and visitor access management.

 

Provide professional assistance and guidance to residents and guests.

 

Respond to residents’ inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.

 

Coordinate with property management staff regarding building operations and security matters.

 

Assist during emergency situations such as accidents, security incidents, or safety concerns.

 

Prepare daily security reports, incident records, and visitor documentation.

 

Ensure all security procedures and company regulations are properly followed.

 

Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

 

Minimum education level of Primary 3 or above.

 

Must possess a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP).

 

Must hold a Quality Assurance System (QAS) Security Training Certificate.

 

Basic ability to read and write Chinese.

 

Basic ability to read and write English.

 

Ability to communicate in Cantonese is preferred.

 

Mandarin speaking ability will be an advantage.

 

Responsible, honest, disciplined, and hardworking.

 

Good communication skills with a positive customer service attitude.

 

Able to work independently and handle daily security duties.

 

Physically fit and able to perform long-hour security duties.

 

Previous experience in residential security, building security, hotel security, or property management is preferred.
