CLEANROOM PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Position: Cleanroom Production Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Work Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Hong Kong
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime opportunities are available after regular working hours and during weekends depending on production requirements.
Salary
Basic Monthly Salary:
HK$17,000–21,000
Estimated Monthly Income:
HK$20,000–26,000 including overtime pay, attendance bonus, and various employee allowances.

Job Responsibilities
The Cleanroom Production Operator is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality.
Daily responsibilities include operating production equipment according to company procedures, assembling products inside the cleanroom, inspecting products to ensure quality standards are achieved, packing finished products accurately, labeling products correctly, recording production data when required, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, following all company safety regulations, and assisting supervisors with daily production tasks.
Employees are expected to work closely with team members to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Requirements

Full training will be provided.
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during working hours.
Candidates must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment and wear the required cleanroom protective clothing.
Applicants should possess a responsible attitude, be punctual, reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime when required by production schedules is essential.
