JOB DESCRIPTION
As a 7-Eleven Retail Assistant / Cashier, employees will support the daily operation of the convenience store.
Main duties may include:
Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assisting customers in finding products.
Answering basic customer questions.
Handling customer payments using the cashier system.
Processing transactions accurately.
Assisting with price checks and product information.
Restocking products on shelves.
Arranging products neatly.
Checking product conditions and expiry dates according to company procedures.
Assisting with receiving and arranging goods.
Helping with stock and inventory checks.
Maintaining cleanliness of the store and cashier area.
Assisting with store opening and closing duties.
Keeping shelves and sales areas organized.
Working together with other 7-Eleven team members.
Reporting problems or unusual situations to supervisors.
Performing other retail-related duties assigned by management.
WORKING SYSTEM
The position operates on a shift-based working system. Working hours may vary depending on the operational requirements of the 7-Eleven store.
Candidates should be prepared to work morning, afternoon, evening, or night shifts.
The standard schedule consists of 6 working days and 1 day off. The day off may be arranged according to the store’s operational requirements and scheduling system.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
