Factory Clerk
Location: Kwai Hing, Hong Kong
Monthly Salary: HKD 17,000–19,000

Job Overview
The Factory Clerk plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the factory and trading department. The successful candidate will coordinate customer orders, communicate with suppliers and internal departments, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that production schedules are followed efficiently.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
– Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
– Follow up customer orders from order confirmation until final delivery.
– Coordinate production schedules with factory departments.
– Maintain communication with customers regarding order status.
– Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
– Update order records within the company system.
– Monitor production progress and delivery schedules.
– Coordinate with suppliers regarding materials and delivery timelines.
– Prepare samples and related documentation.
– Maintain accurate filing systems for customer records and production documents.
– Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
– Assist the production team with administrative support.
– Support internal departments whenever necessary.
– Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
– Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
– Ensure all company documents are properly organized and maintained.
– Assist supervisors with additional administrative assignments.

Candidate Requirements
– Secondary school graduate or above.
– Minimum three to eight years of stable working experience in a trading company or manufacturing environment.
– Solid experience in order processing and order follow-up is essential.
– Candidates without relevant factory or trading experience will not be considered.
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
– Experience with artificial flower products is preferred but not essential.
– Good understanding of production workflow.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Leasing Clerk
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Monthly Salary: HKD 16,000–18,000
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications, previous working experience, and interview performance.

Job Overview
The Leasing Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support for a family office responsible for managing approximately ninety to one hundred residential and commercial rental properties.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments including Accounting, Administration, Property Management, contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure that all leasing operations are handled efficiently and professionally.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities.

– Manage daily leasing administration.
