Position: Ice Cream Packer

Monthly Salary: HKD 16,500–20,000 (depending on qualifications, experience, attendance, and performance)
Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day
Working Schedule: 6 working days per week
Shift Arrangement: Day Shift or Night Shift, depending on production requirements
Overtime: Available when required by production demand and compensated according to company policy

Position Overview
As an Ice Cream Packer, you will become an important member of the production department. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that finished ice cream products are packed correctly, safely, and efficiently before being distributed to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, wholesalers, and retail customers.
You will work inside a clean and temperature-controlled production facility where hygiene, food safety, and product quality are always the highest priorities. Every task is performed according to established operating procedures to ensure customers receive products that meet Apollo Ice Cream’s quality standards.
Whether you are packing individual ice cream products or preparing cartons for shipment, your contribution is essential to maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Main Responsibilities
Successful applicants will perform a variety of production and packaging duties, including but not limited to:
• Pack finished ice cream products accurately according to company procedures.
• Ensure packaging materials are clean, properly sealed, and meet company quality standards.
• Check product appearance before packing to ensure there are no visible defects.
• Verify product labels, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and batch numbers.
• Sort products according to flavor, package size, customer orders, and production schedules.
• Prepare products for shipment and warehouse storage.
• Operate basic packing equipment after completing company training.
• Monitor packing equipment during operation and report abnormalities immediately.
• Ensure cartons are sealed securely before palletizing.
• Arrange packed cartons neatly on pallets for transportation.
• Keep production records when required by supervisors.
• Follow all food hygiene regulations and workplace sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift.
• Assist with cleaning production equipment after daily operations.
• Support inventory checks for packaging materials.
• Notify supervisors when packaging materials require replenishment.
• Report damaged products, equipment faults, or quality concerns immediately.
• Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets without compromising product quality.
• Cooperate closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, warehouse personnel, and fellow production workers.
• Participate in workplace safety activities and continuous improvement programs.
• Carry out additional production-related duties assigned by supervisors whenever necessary.
