Monthly Salary
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from HK$12,000 to HK$14,000, depending on experience, qualifications, attendance, and work performance.
In addition to the basic salary, employees may also receive attendance bonuses, performance incentives, and various company benefits according to internal policies.
Job Responsibilities
As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the daily operation of the restaurant. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting guests with seating arrangements, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring every customer enjoys a pleasant dining experience.
You will also help prepare dining tables before service begins, clear tables after customers finish their meals, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and cooperate with kitchen staff to ensure food is served accurately and on time.
Additional responsibilities include responding politely to customer requests, handling simple customer inquiries, maintaining restaurant hygiene standards, supporting supervisors during busy operating hours, and performing other daily operational tasks assigned by management.
Employees are expected to demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, responsibility, and a positive attitude throughout every shift.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or customer service positions is considered an advantage. However, motivated candidates who are willing to learn and develop their hospitality skills are also encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates should be honest, reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure during busy meal periods.
Applicants should also be able to work well as part of a team while maintaining a professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese.
Working Hours
Employees will work on rotating shifts scheduled between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Daily working hours are 10.5 hours, including a meal and rest break from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Complimentary staff meals will be provided during the meal break.
Employees receive five rest days every month according to the company’s scheduling arrangements.
