FOOD PACKING ASSISTANT
Monthly Salary: HK$13,900

As a Food Packing Assistant, you will become an important member of the production team and contribute to the daily operation of the food packaging department. You will be responsible for ensuring that food products are packed, sorted, labeled, and prepared for distribution according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.

Food Packing Assistant
Monthly Salary
HK$13,900 per month
Additional bonuses and allowances may be provided in accordance with company policies and employee performance.
Working Hours
Applicants may be assigned to one of the following work schedules:
Morning Shift
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Afternoon Shift
1:15 PM – 10:15 PM
Shift arrangements will be made based on operational requirements. Employees are expected to report to work on time and complete their assigned shift according to company schedules.
Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with the daily operation of the food packaging department. Responsibilities include ensuring products are packed accurately, maintaining product quality, supporting warehouse organization, and following all hygiene and safety procedures.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Packing food products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Sorting food products before the packing process.
• Checking products for defects or damaged packaging.
• Labelling finished products correctly before storage or delivery.
• Organizing cartons, packaging materials, and production supplies.
• Preparing products for warehouse storage and shipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the packing and warehouse areas.
• Following food hygiene regulations and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Ensuring products are handled carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
• Assisting with inventory organization and stock arrangement.
• Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Reporting equipment problems or product quality issues to supervisors immediately.
• Performing general housekeeping duties within the work area.
• Supporting other production or warehouse tasks when required.
• Completing additional duties assigned by supervisors based on operational needs.
Candidate Requirements

Training
Successful applicants who do not have previous experience will receive comprehensive on-the-job training. Training will cover:
