A new employment opportunity is available for motivated and hardworking individuals who are interested in working as a Strawberry Picker / Fruit Farm Worker in Hong Kong. We are currently looking for reliable workers to join a professional fruit farm team located in Yuen Long, Hong Kong.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting daily farm operations, including strawberry harvesting, fruit selection, packing activities, and maintaining the cleanliness of the farm area.
No extensive farming experience is required for suitable candidates. Training and workplace guidance will be provided to help new workers understand the correct procedures, safety requirements, and daily work responsibilities. Available Positions
Strawberry Picker
Responsible for carefully harvesting strawberries and ensuring that fruits are collected according to farm quality standards.
Fruit Farm Worker
Assist with general farm activities, harvesting processes, fruit handling, sorting, packing, and daily maintenance work.
Job Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this position include:
• Picking strawberries and fresh fruits carefully to maintain product quality
• Selecting fruits based on size, freshness, and appearance requirements
• Checking harvested fruits and removing damaged or unsuitable products
• Sorting fruits before the packing process
• Packing fruits properly to prepare them for delivery and distribution
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of working areas
• Assisting with daily farm operations and harvesting schedules
• Supporting other farm tasks when required by supervisors
• Following workplace rules, safety procedures, and farming instructions
• Working together with other team members to achieve daily production goals
Workers will play an important role in ensuring that fresh agricultural products are harvested, handled, and prepared properly. Attention to detail, patience, and responsibility are important qualities for this position.
Salary Package
Monthly Salary: HK$15,000 – HK$18,000
