HK$18,000 – HK$22,000 per month

 

The final salary package will depend on the assigned department, work schedule, overtime hours, attendance record, experience, and overall job performance. Employees may also receive additional allowances and bonuses in accordance with company policies.

About the Position

 

The Production Operator and Packing Staff play an important role in ensuring that chocolate milk products are manufactured, inspected, packed, and prepared for distribution according to the company’s strict quality and food safety standards.

 

Employees will work together with supervisors, quality inspectors, warehouse personnel, and fellow production team members to maintain efficient production while ensuring that every product meets company quality requirements before reaching customers.

Main Responsibilities

 

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, including but not limited to:

 

– Operating production machinery according to standard operating procedures.

– Assisting with the manufacturing process of chocolate milk products.

– Packing finished products into cartons and packaging materials.

– Labelling products accurately before distribution.

– Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality.

– Reporting damaged products or packaging defects to supervisors.

– Preparing products for warehouse storage.

– Loading and unloading materials when required.

– Organizing production materials and packaging supplies.

– Maintaining cleanliness within assigned production areas.

– Following food hygiene regulations at all times.

– Following workplace safety procedures and company policies.

– Assisting supervisors in achieving daily production targets.

– Supporting other production departments whenever necessary.

– Completing assigned duties accurately and efficiently.

 

 

 

Training Program

 

Previous manufacturing experience is not required.

 

Every new employee will receive comprehensive training covering:

 

– Production procedures

– Machine operation
