Position Summary

 

The Egg Packing Factory Worker is responsible for supporting daily production activities involving egg inspection, grading, sorting, packing, labeling, storage preparation, inventory organization, and general factory operations.

 

Employees will work alongside experienced supervisors and team members in maintaining efficient production while ensuring all products satisfy company quality standards and food safety regulations.

 

Successful candidates will receive practical training covering all aspects of the production process before independently performing their assigned duties.

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

– Receive fresh eggs from suppliers or internal production lines.

– Inspect eggs individually to identify cracks, stains, dirt, or other quality defects.

– Sort eggs according to size, weight, and grading standards established by the company.

– Separate damaged or unsuitable products from acceptable inventory.

– Carefully place eggs into trays, cartons, and retail packaging.

– Ensure all packaging is completed accurately and securely to prevent product damage during transportation.

– Attach product labels, grading information, production dates, expiration dates, and barcode labels according to company procedures.

– Prepare completed cartons for warehouse storage and customer distribution.

– Arrange packed products neatly within designated storage areas.

– Monitor inventory levels of packing materials such as trays, cartons, labels, wrapping materials, and protective packaging supplies.

– Assist warehouse personnel with loading and unloading products when required.

– Operate basic production and packing equipment after receiving company training.

– Perform routine cleaning of workstations, packing tables, production equipment, and surrounding work areas.

– Dispose of damaged products and waste materials according to company procedures.

– Follow food hygiene regulations and sanitation standards throughout every shift.

– Observe workplace safety rules and wear required protective equipment.

– Report equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.

– Participate in stock counting and inventory organization when assigned.

– Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily production targets.

– Assist with additional production tasks assigned by management.
